Hosted by Trans Canada Brewing Co at 1-1290 Kenaston Blvd, this is your chance to learn how to cook wild game from a true legend. Not only will Hank be doing a free cooking demo but you will be able to purchase his brand new cookbook and get it signed by the man himself. We look forward to seeing you all there!
