You’ve caught fish, you’ve cleaned your catch and now it’s time to eat! In this episode, MWF Managing Director Rob Olson shares his easy and delicious fish chowder recipe that will warm you up out on the ice, from the shore or when you get home from fishing!
- Clam Chowder (Canned)
- Canned Corn (Sweet)
- Clam Juice
- Fresh Caught Walleye Fillet
Add all ingredients to a cooking pot except for fish.
Cut walleye up into chunks.
Start cooking Chowder, Canned corn and clam juice, just before it comes to a boil, add fish.
Allow chowder to cook until fish is just cooked through. Don’t mix or stir too much to keep fish chunks intact.
