The Government of Canada, through Bill C-71, is proposing to amend acts and regulations relating to firearms. Their proposed changes would see increased and unwarranted restrictions to law-abiding firearm owners. Worse, Bill C-71will do nothing to make Canadian’s safer (which is the stated reason for the Bill in the first place). Please read the attached Primer on Bill C-71, contact the Minister of Public Safety as well as your federal MP to express your concerns with Bill C-71, and join the on-line petition.
