We are excited to present to you our preliminary AGM plans for the month of April! In lieu of changing COVID circumstances, but also to deliver an efficient and effective business agenda, we have decided to deliver our 2022 AGM virtually via Zoom conferencing on April 30, 2022. (scroll down to register for the AGM) We understand that the virtual setting is not as personable and multiple presenters in one day can make for a long day in front of the computer. To save time on the call, we are arranging seminars to take place (2/week) for the month of April leading up to the AGM.
In addition, if COVID allows, we would also like to plan an in-person PINT NIGHT on Saturday April 30th, 2022, at Torque Brewing for an opportunity to enjoy an evening of camaraderie, music, and storytelling. Registration for our AGM Meeting is now available. All participants must be 2022 MWF members. Please indicate while registering if you will be voting on behalf of your club. A more detailed AGM registration package with meeting materials, meeting agenda, voting information, and voting delegate numbers will be distributed to each registrant closer to the date. MWF PINT NIGHT Saturday April 30th 7:00pm – 11:00pm –Torque Brewing, 330-830 King Edward St, Winnipeg, MB.
This event will be a casual and fun night for members and non-members to gather at a local brewery in Winnipeg to hear short hunting and fishing stories and listen to live music, all centered around craft beer and good conversation, with themes of hunting, fishing, and conservation throughout the program. $5.00 cover charge at the door, space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
