Manitoba’s Recreational Fishing League is a non-profit group whose goal is to introduce youth to fishing through an organized league similar to hockey, baseball or other recreational activities. These young energetic people, supported by their local communities, will learn the skills of fishing and hopefully leave with a better understanding of the environment around them.
