Goose Fajitas

Our very own Carly Deacon, and the Global Morning News show stopped by Cabela’s on November 4th. Carly was excited to share with Manitoban’s the importance of wild meat and how to turn some Canada Goose Breast into a simple, quick and healthy weeknight meal!


  • Canada Goose Breast
  • Red Pepper (Sliced)
  • Yellow Pepper (Sliced)
  • Onion (Sliced)
  • Cheese (Shredded)
  • Garlic (Crushed)
  • Cilantro
  • Olive Oil
  • Fajita seasoning

Add Breast to hot frying pan along with oil and garlic. Sear, and cook until medium.

In a separate pan, add oil and vegetables. Cook until tender, and then add fajita mix. 

Once vegetables are done, add goose, vegetables, cheese and cilantro to a flour tortilla and serve hot!
