Due to concerns with COVID 19 it has been decided that members of the MBGTA will not be scoring at any club functions or banquets this fall. Any hunters wishing to have scoring done this year should contact a local member of the MBGTA to arrange for the head to be dropped off for scoring and then picked back up. Hunters that do not know a local member of the MBGTA can arrange for scoring by contacting Jerry Hayduk at (204) 334-6834 or e-mail jerryhayduk@hotmail.com
Hunters that have concerns with COVID are encouraged to take a picture of the animal they harvest, then send the picture, their name, the tag / licence number and the date they harvested the animal to a MBGTA member. It can then be scored next season. For these heads the dead line of December 31st, 2020 to have heads scored to get entered in the MBGTA record books will be extended to December 31st, 2021.
In addition the decision has been reached that the MBGTA will not be holding an awards banquet or function for this hunting season.
