How-to Hunt Public Lands Video Series – 3 iHunter Features

Welcome to our third video in our new series “How-To Hunt Public Lands”, where Hunt/Fish expert Keevin Erickson goes over the techniques of using E-scouting to aid in hunting unfamiliar Wildlife Management Areas. In this video, Keevin goes into detail on how to use some of the iHunter features to aid in the scouting process. iHunter is an incredibly powerful tool when you understand how to use its wide array of features. Keevin demonstrates how to set pins on areas of interest, access landowner maps to ask for hunting permission, share hunting locations with friends, track your location so you don’t need to worry about getting turned around when you lose daylight on your way out of the bush and much more!

Don’t forget to follow the link in the video description to fill in our short survey on the use of WMAs in the province. There is only 10 questions and the answers you provide will go a long way in helping understand the public familiarity and perception of WMAs in Manitoba.
